We are actively scaling up and are looking for a recruiter to join an established team to close vacancies together faster and with better quality. If you know how to find and hunt for strong sales and marketing specialists, understand commercial KPIs and work quickly and effectively, this role is for you.
What you will do
Close vacancies in areas:
Sales (B2B / B2C, Account Managers, Business Development, heads of sales departments)
Marketing (Digital, Performance, SMM, PPC, SEO, CMO and others)
Work with the full cycle of recruiting:
- conducting a briefing with the manager
- forming a candidate profile
- writing and publishing vacancies
- active search (LinkedIn, cold outreach, databases, recommendations)
- screening and conducting interviews
- accompanying the candidate to the offer and exit
Work with analytics:
- Time to Fill
- conversions by stages
- quality of hiring
- Offer Acceptance Rate
Advise managers:
- regarding the market candidates
- level of compensation
- search strategy
We are looking for a person who:
- has experience in recruiting for 2 years or more
- has practical experience in selection specifically in marketing and sales
- understands the specifics of commercial roles and KPI
- knows how to work with passive candidates
- is not afraid of cold outreach
- thinks by the result, not the process
Important
English language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
(part of the candidates or communication may be in English)
