In connection with the development, we are opening a competition for the position of "Recruiter (Marketing Department)".

Main duties:< /p>
- Personnel search by candidate databases;
- Candidate search by archives;
- Search for candidates on internal databases;
- Search for candidates on job sites;
- Search for candidates in LinkedIn;
- Search for candidates among previously called;
- Working with Excel tables;
- Filling ERP and databases with information about the selection stages; Labor market analytics; Monitoring of competitors' wages;
- Interaction with the department management;
- Formation of ideas on attracting qualified personnel;
- Interaction with HR division of the management company
- Formation of the internal description of the candidate;
- Formation of job descriptions;
- Conducting all stages of interviews; Formation of the pool of candidates for the finals; /em>
- Control of motivation of employees during the trial period;
- Control of passing the trial period;
- Measuring the effectiveness of all search sources;
- Control of budgets for personnel search;
- Formation of experience regarding the possibilities of attracting personnel in the following periods;
- Development of recruitment plans (annual, quarterly recruitment plan).
Requirements for candidates:
- Education: higher;
- Work experience: from 2 years in the position of Recruiter< /strong> with clear metrics, KPI, work tasks;
- Ability to effectively find candidates;
- Ability to form a candidate profile;
- Knowledge of personnel evaluation methods;
- Ability to effectively reallocate budgets for personnel selection;
- Knowledge of effective recruitment sources;
- Ability to conduct candidates through all stages of interviews (Security Service, Personnel, Questionnaires, Photos, Documents);
- Knowledge of the current laws of Ukraine regarding the employment of personnel;
- Skills in using ERP, filling in Excel, tables and forms;
- Work experience with JOB payami;
- Experience in analyzing sources of search and interaction with management, regarding consulting on further actions regarding personnel search;
- Desirable: Experience in mass recruitment.
