Recruiter (Junior / Sourcer) in ISolar

About the company

We are iSolar, a Ukrainian company in the field of solar energy. We design, install and service solar power plants for private and commercial customers throughout Ukraine.

In order to scale the installation team and launch new projects, we are strengthening the HR team and looking for a Recruiter (initial Sourcer position) who will help find people for the team.

This is a position for those who like hunting for candidates, communicating with people and quick results. If you are interested in finding candidates where others are not looking for them - you will be interested in us.

Tasks

• Active search for candidates for work positions (masters, installers, technicians)

• Mass selection of candidates for the needs of installation teams

• Working with alternative search sources: Facebook, OLX, Telegram channels, Viber-groups

• Searching for resumes and candidates for related professions

• Communication with candidates and initial selection

• Transferring candidates to recruiters and assisting the HR department in the hiring process

• Constantly searching for new sources of candidates and testing various approaches

Requirements

• Skills of active search for candidates

• Ability to quickly find people through various sources

• Quality communication with candidates and the ability to interest in the vacancy

• Willingness to work with a large number of tasks and candidates

• Experience with Facebook, OLX, Telegram or other search platforms will be an advantage

• Previous experience in sales or working with customers will be a plus

We consider candidates with minimal experience or from relevant fields if there is a desire to develop in recruiting.

Conditions

• Work in the office in Khmelnytskyi

• Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00-18:00
