- Use of different channels to find potential candidates;
- Creation and placement of vacancies on different platforms;
- Support and updating of candidate databases, information storage and selection stages;
- Conducting interviews and accompaniment to the candidate throughout the recruiting cycle;
- Collaboration with the heads of departments to determine the needs of new employees;
