WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Prompt implementation of the entire complex of Recruitment (95% of working time) & HR functions and competencies (5% of working time) for one of our arbitration teams (30+ people), including:

• optimization of Recruitment processes in order to reduce the time spent on achieving a positive result, taking into account the requirements within the Team;

• constant planned, high-quality filling of vacancies mainly at the highest and mid-level, including: senior and middle media buyer (nutra, crypto, gambling, etc.), targetologist, farmer, etc. ;

• ensuring the competitiveness of the Acquisition Team;

• ensuring effective communications within the team and with its management;

• effective maintenance and development of the internal Recruitment database;

• other tasks within the functional competence necessary to achieve the overall goals of the Team;

• generating new ideas and solutions within one’s competence

• long-term cooperation.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US:

• Successful experience in a similar position from 1 year in a team from 10 hoursate (preferably Arbitration/Media buying).

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Proven experience and cases of filling similar vacancies.

• Experience in building successful selection systems personnel.

• Excellent understanding of modern HR & Recruitment processes, primarily in Arbitration/Media buying.

• Developed communication skills and fluent written and oral speech in Russian. and Ukrainian languages.

• Developed analytical skills, the ability to independently solve assigned and emerging problems in multitasking mode, the ability to control your emotions - the candidate is always valuable. 

• Attentiveness, determination, quick learner, responsibility, self-organization.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience in recruitment work in Arbitration/Media buying (by Google is a big advantage!).

• Having an up-to-date database of candidates (Google arbitration is a big advantage!).

• Knowledge of the arbitrage market, its features and terminology (according to Google - a big advantage! ).

• Love for the recruitment profession, desire to develop in this area.

• Higher education in HR, business, marketing, economics, psychology.

• Additional specialized diplomas, courses and certificates.

• Love of people and numbers: the ability to understand the former and respect the latter.
