- Search, involvement and evaluation of candidates for different positions (analysts, communication specialists, lawyers, prose managers, etc.).
- Interview (primary, telephone, video and, if necessary, personal).
- Collaboration with hiring managers in determining candidate requirements and vacancies.
- Development and implementation of candidate attraction strategy.
- Supporting the positive image of the company in the labor market.
- Monitoring the efficiency of set channels.
- Help in new employees' onboarding.

- The ability to work with 5-7 vacancies at a time.
- Knowledge of Personnel Selection Methods and Instruments
- Ability to interview and evaluate candidates.

- Knowledge of basic candidate search channels (Job boards, social networks, professional platforms).
- Knowledge of English at B2 and above will be an advantage.
