The main vacancy you will have to work with is a teacher at an English language school. We want our Recruiter to help the company grow and attract professional and motivated teachers.

Our expectations from you:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year
• Ability to quickly and efficiently close vacancies and attract the best candidates;
• Strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates ;
• Ability to organize your work and be attentive to details.
• Independence, the ability to set priorities, diligence.
• English from B1 will be a plus

Your tasks will include:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from searching and selecting candidates, to conducting interviews and forming a Job Offer for a candidate.
• Forming a strategy for closing vacancies;
• Copyright vacancies and posting ads on Job sites;
• Using various sources to find the best candidates;
• Screening resumes and conducting telephone or video interviews;
• Using modern candidate assessment methods;
• Candidate support at all stages of the selection process;
• Candidate database maintenance.
