Recruiter in Kyiv office in Lux-On

Lux-On - an international product IT company is looking for a Recruiter from Junior Recruiter to Senior

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Recruiter in the Kyiv office. If you are energetic, ambitious and you like to communicate, find talent and help people find new opportunities - we will be glad to see you in our team.

What is important:

• experience in recruiting from 6 months
• experience in hiring people in different fields (with and without experience)
• desire to develop, learn and grow in recruiting
• skills interest the candidate and present the vacancy and the company
• work with sources LinkedIn, Robota.ua, Telegram and others

What needs to be done:

• the full cycle of recruiting — from the first contact to the offer
• search and communication with candidates
• conducting initial interviews
• work with various vacancies and by teams

Conditions:

• office in Kyiv
• Schedule: 5/2, 10:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri)
• Rate from $1000 + bonuses for closed vacancies
• training, team support and development in recruiting career growth: from Junior Recruiter to Senior / Team Lead with the opportunity to form your own team
