What will you do

  • Full cycle of recruiting: from collecting requirements to the final offer
  • Searching for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, communities, recommendations)
  • Conducting initial interview
  • Communication with hiring managers
  • Managing several vacancies at the same time, timeline and prioritization
  • Maintaining constant contact with candidates (candidate care)
  • Registering candidates in ATS, maintaining database
  • Cooperation with the team, participation in process improvement.

What we want to see from you:

  • Experience in recruiting from 1 year in iGaming/Gambling
  • Skills in working with ATS/CRM/HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of resources and tools for finding candidates
