Recruiter (HRG) in KPI Print

We invite to the team a Recruiter (with the prospect of growth to HR Generalist) who understands that people are the main value of the business.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting is desirable (but not necessary, we consider candidates after completing the courses)
• Skills of the full recruitment cycle
• Ability to find an approach to different people
• Love for communication and working with the team
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting (mass and point selection)
• Maintenance of the database candidates and personnel reserve in CRM
• Adaptation of new employees
• Document control of new employees
• Reporting on work results

With time in the function (growth to HR Generalist):

• Participation in the development of the company's HR processes
• Adaptation and retention of personnel
• Internal communications and work with team involvement
• Personnel evaluation, feedback
• HR analytics and process optimization
