Recruiter/HRG in AmaInvest

We are currently opening a startup company that will sell medical cannabis products in Ukraine. To do this, we are looking for proactive specialists who are ready for business challenges in a new, for our country, domain.
We offer a unique opportunity to take part in the creation of a Ukrainian company that will launch legal and licensed sales of products.

We expect:

• 3+ years of hiring experience personnel of various qualifications;
• Owning various personnel selection methodologies;
• Practical experience in personnel administration;
• Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch;
• Experience in using Excel, HR platforms, Google Docs;
• < span>Organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills.

Your tasks will be:

• Development and publication of vacancies together with line managers, conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;
• Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company;
• Development and motivation of personnel;
• Creation of a systematic approach to personnel training;
• Formation of corporate culture and support of team spirit;< /span>
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, development of the company's organizational structure.
