We are looking for an experienced HR manager who (y) loves recruiting, is ready to maintain contact with universities and ensure the implementation of the strategy recognition of the employer brand through online and offline communications in accordance with the company's goals.

Our company will need your skills because you will:

• Carry out personnel selection (full cycle, job sites, Ln, Tg, Fb, cold search, etc.)
• You will need a creative approach in searching for candidates - the "executive search" function
• Create a candidate profile, job description
• Form a reserve database of candidates in CRM Bitrix.
• Create and directly participate in the onboarding process of new employees
• Initiate and implement personnel evaluation systems
• Initiate brainstorms regarding staff retention procedures and implement them.
• Cooperate with universities and ensure the implementation of the employer brand recognition strategy through online and offline events in accordance with the established schedule.

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of modern personnel search platforms
• Education: psychologist, sociologist, HR (preferred)
• Experience of working in HR for 2 years
• Experience of working with KPIs
• Creative approach and the ability to be "out of the box", to approach the search in a non-standard way candidates
