Our team is engaged in testing and validating various gaming IT applications. We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Head of the HR-Recruiting Department, or a recruiter who is able to grow into this position.

Your future duties:

• Description and publication vacancies on various sources;
• Search and selection of employees for positions of various levels;
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates;
• Supporting the candidate until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period;
• Management of personnel reserve;

• Have successful experience in recruiting - this will be an advantage;
• Understand the full recruiting cycle;
• Have skills, methods and tools for finding specialists;
• Communicative and focused for results;
