• Graduated higher education;

• Experience as a recruiter, personnel manager from 1 year;

• Knowledge and ability to find personnel from various sources;

• Successful experience of closing vacancies at various levels;

• Purposeability, result orientation, sociability, variability of thinking;

• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.

Your duties will be:

• Compilation and posting of open job advertisements;

• Search and recruitment of personnel from zwithdrawing the application before closing the vacancy;

• Conducting interviews (telephone, online, personal);

• Close communication with customers meetings with candidates, feedback, gathering references, meeting closing deadlines);

• Maintenance of the candidate funnel and formation of the reserve;

Preparation of recruiting analytics;

• Labor market monitoring;

• Preparation of salary statistics;

• Participation in HR events/projects of the department.
