Recruiter/HR manager in ProfiChoice

WE ARE LOOKING for a qualified specialist for the position of Recruiter/HR manager for our office in the city of Kyiv.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter/HR manager in in the field of finance / or in the field of employment of people abroad.
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates.
• Experience with the main job resources .

• Salary from $1500-2000+ (rate + bonus for the number of referred candidates).
• Convenient work schedule: Monday-Friday from 11 :00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of suitable candidates.
• Conduct online -interview.
• Communication with the candidate during the entire working time.
