MEDIS Company is looking for a talented and motivated RECRUITER to join our team. If you have a passion for finding talent, have excellent communication skills and want to work in a dynamic environment, this job is for you!

Main duties:

• carrying out the full cycle of recruiting, including searching, selecting and hiring candidates;
• creating and posting vacancies on various job sites and social networks;
• conducting interviews and assessing the professional qualities of candidates;
• conducting a cold search for candidates and processing reviews;
• head-hunting;
• collaboration with department heads to determine staffing needs;
• maintenance of candidate database and reporting;
• about 10 job vacancies per month;
• working hours 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri).

You are our candidate if:

• work experience as a recruiter for 1 year or more;
• excellent communication and relationship building skills ;
• knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools;
• ability to work in a team and independently;
