Duties:

• Active search for open vacancies in various areas;

• Resume screening and interviews; p>

• Evaluation of professional skills and personal qualities;

• Participation in the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy;

• Cooperation with unit managers to clarify staffing needs;

• Conducting adaptation programs for new employees;

• Monitoring the process of adaptation of new employees and supporting them in the first months of work;

• Maintenance of the candidate database and its updating;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting campaigns and adaptation processes to improve HR strategies.

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of work experience as a recruiter or HR manager;

• Knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and adaptation;

• Experience in conducting interviews and the onboarding process;

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily find contact with by people;
