bill_line is an international fintech company from Ukraine.
We created and develop a payment system for any online business.

bill_line clients are online stores, marketplaces, banks, insurance companies, charitable organizations and any other companies with payment operations on the Internet. Among our features as a payment service provider are the ability to create custom solutions and work according to the client care principle at every stage of interaction with the client, from the request for connection to integration and transaction support.

But we do not plan to stop there and continue our journey to the moon.
How we do it ? We do it in a team of our stars. Well, now we are looking for another one - Junior recruiter

< strong style="font-weight: 700">And here are your future tasks:

• Active participation in closing vacancies together with a recruiter;
• Posting vacancies on various platforms: job sites, social networks, professional communities;
• Using active search for candidates (headhunting) through LinkedIn and other professional networks;
ordering stationery, water, etc.);
• Organization and maintenance of order in office premises;
• Participation in onboarding, adaptation;
• Maintenance and updating of resume database and profiles of candidates;
• Maintaining contact with potential candidates for future vacancies;
• Assisting in preparation for events and other company activities.

For this position it is important:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge of modern technologies and sourcing tools.
• Ability to use social networks and professional platforms for candidate search.
• Willingness to work with vacancies in various areas and mastery of direct search methods;
• Ability to communicate clearly and clearly both orally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand the needs of both candidates and internal customers.
• Understanding labor market trends and the specifics of various industries.
• Empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty
