How we do it ? We do it in a team of our stars. Well, now we are looking for another one - Junior recruiter

- Active participation in closing vacancies together with a recruiter;
- Posting vacancies on various platforms: job sites, social networks, professional communities;
- Using active search for candidates (headhunting) through LinkedIn and other professional networks;
ordering stationery, water, etc.);- Organization and maintenance of order in office premises;
- Participation in onboarding, adaptation;
- Maintenance and updating of resume database and profiles of candidates;
- Maintaining contact with potential candidates for future vacancies;
- Assisting in preparation for events and other company activities.
For this position it is important:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
- Knowledge of modern technologies and sourcing tools.
- Ability to use social networks and professional platforms for candidate search.
- Willingness to work with vacancies in various areas and mastery of direct search methods;
- Ability to communicate clearly and clearly both orally and in writing.
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of both candidates and internal customers.
- Understanding labor market trends and the specifics of various industries.
- Empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty
