Recruiter/HR in TradeDesign

Your job will be to find people who will start working with our arbitration team.

There are currently 3 cooperation options:

1 . Rate - $800 (33,500 UAH) + bonuses in case of processing (30+ leads)

(a lead is considered a person who started working directly with us (created accounts, made TK, started pouring traffic and made the minimum result (calculated from 30 referred subscribers))

KPI - 28> leads per month

(P.S) If you did not meet the CRI norm, then the payment will be calculated as a fixed payment per lead - $23

2. Fixed payment for an engaged lead - $23 (1,000 UAH)

(the person who started directly is counted as a lead to work with us (created accounts, made TK, started pouring traffic and made a minimum result (calculated from 30 subscribers))

3. Work for % - from each person , which was given, you will receive a commission of $0.05 for life from each of its subscribers

4. Hybrid - fixed for each involved pdp $0.03 lifetime commission
