We're seeking a proactive, communicative, and eager-to-learn individual to help us expand and grow our business.If you’re passionate about HR and recruiting, skilled at understanding people and their abilities, and excited to grow with a startup, we invite you to apply and meet our team!Responsibilities:Assist main recruiters in the hiring process and sourcingUtilize LinkedIn filters/search and Sales Navigator for sourcing candidatesWrite comprehensive job descriptions following the Head Recruiter's guidelinesTrack and update candidate and client documents in ATSEnsure accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updatesConduct at least 10 interviews per weekMaintain and manage the candidate pipeline for current and future rolesCollaborate with internal teams to understand talent requirementsSupport administrative tasks and streamline the recruiting processRequirements:Proficient in LinkedIn filters/search and Sales NavigatorBasic knowledge and experience in recruiting with a focus on sourcingStrong communication skills in English (C1 level)Proficiency in G-SuiteKnowledge of ATS and project management tools is a plusProactive, organized, and adaptable with a strong work ethicExperience with non-technical hiringMinimum 80 Hours per MonthNice to have:Airtable (or similar ATS) proficiencySlack and Zoom for communicationFluent in memes and GIFsBenefits:Opportunity for growth into a full-time Recruiter roleFlexible part-time hours, remoteWorking Hours:Part-time, aligned with 11 am-3 pm CET Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Базовий рівень Тип зайнятості Зайнятість за контрактом Посадові обов’язки Управління персоналом Галузі Кадрове забезпечення та рекрутинг
