Your Role: We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment Your future tasks: - Active search for traffic handlers; - Active hunting and use of innovative approaches in talent search; - Full support of candidates - from cold search to starting work and the end of the trial period (14 days); - Working with non-standard sources of candidate search; - ATC / CRM management and effective interaction with the team; - Constant monitoring of your results and adjustment of the search strategy. We expect from you: - Experience in recruiting 0.5+ years; - Skills of mass selection of specialists (fin markets, dating, edalt, gambling, etc.) - Experience of working with modern search sources and the ability to create vacancies that attract talents; - Candidate assessment skills and conducting various interviews; - Excellent communication skills and readiness to achieve results. Will be an advantage: - Experience in gambling, betting, forex.
