What you will do:

• Search, select and invite new employees to work for our stores.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, helping find the best.
• Cooperate with store and production unit managers to understand their personnel needs.
• Ensure a comfortable and transparent hiring process from the beginning to the registration of a new employee.
• Maintain the candidate base and create a positive image of the company as an employer.
• Participate in activities to attract personnel and develop corporate culture.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in the field of recruiting or personnel selection from 1 year.
• Openness to communication, attention to details and a sincere desire to help people find their place.
• Ability to effectively work with a large flow of candidates and coordinate processes.
• Readiness to work in an active mode and responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy and skills in working with office programs.
• Education is not mandatory, the main thing is your motivation and desire to develop with us.
