Recruiter (freelance) in Siri-Pro

Siri Pro is a leading company specializing in business outsourcing. Our team provides highly qualified services in the field of personnel selection, and also offers remote assistants for various tasks. We work with clients around the world, providing services that reduce costs and increase efficiency. 

We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter (freelance) to expand the team.

Main duties:

• Search and selection of candidates for various vacancies, including highly qualified positions for business.
• Assessment of candidates through interviews and test tasks.
• Interaction with clients for clarification requirements and characteristics of candidates.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation on candidates.
• Organization of interviews and testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern tools for searching and recruiting personnel (LinkedIn, job boards , HR-systems).
• Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages, English at B1-B2 levels will be a plus.
• High level of organization and responsibility.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Readiness for dynamic work and self-study.
