What to do:

• Search for candidates for the team (teachers, sales managers, lead generators).
• Use different search sources (professional communities, job sites, recommendations)
• interviews, evaluate candidates, provide feedback
• Report in Google Sheets
• Optimize ads and find new search sources
• Communicate with candidates from the first message to the end of onboarding
• Communicate with department heads

Our recruiter:

• Has been trained in recruiting or has experience in the field of HR and recruitment, (the field of education is preferred) or is willing to learn
• Has a desire to develop in recruiting.
• Able to organize his time
• Attentive to details, knows how to work with Google spreadsheets and messengers.
• Communicative and easily finds a common language with different candidates.
• He has a well-developed Ukrainian language, both spoken and written.
• Has a high level of emotional intelligence.
