Recruiter for employment in EU countries, sales manager (Polish language) in Personal-leasing

We, the company Euro cash agency, are looking for a talented and ambitious Employment Recruiter in a country of the European Union, who will also be responsible for the development of sales on the Polish market. The work is remote, so you can work from anywhere that is convenient for you.

Operating conditions:

• Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (lunch break 30 min).
• Bonus 1,000 UAH/each closure upon completion of the plan. Highest salary = UAH 40,000, lowest UAH 16,000.
• Processing only hot applications, no cold calls
• Free training from top managers of successful legal businesses

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of recruiting Poles.
• Fluent command of the Polish language.
• Communicative and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the client base in CRM system
• Communication with candidates (phone calls, text messages)
• Negotiations
