We are currently expanding the team and inviting Junior/Middle Recruiter with excellent knowledge of the English language for remote work in the markets of Ukraine and Europe. Tasks:

• Search talent: find the best candidates for our IT and non-IT vacancies in professional social networks and platforms.
• Working with a database: organize information about candidates in the ATS system.< /li>
• Communication with candidates: present vacancies, answer inquiries, conduct correspondence and pre-screen calls.
• Execution of KPIs: daily reporting and achievement of results.
• Closing vacancies: monthly work on the implementation of plans.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in sourcing/recruiting (6 months or more).
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
• Interest in IT and willingness to understand technologies, programming languages, frameworks.
• Organization and the ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
• Responsibility, result orientation and the desire for professional growth.
