Main duties:

• Independent search and recruitment of candidates for temporary vacancies

• Active use of social networks for finding talent.

• Creating advertising creatives and promoting them in social networks.

• Checking and selection of the corresponding candidates requirements.

• Confident use of the internal database of candidates and partners (CRM).

Requirements:

• Experience with social networks and online platforms for searching for candidates.

• Responsibility, focus, openness to challenges.
