Maintaining and updating the candidate database, storing information about candidates and their selection stages. Organization and supporting the candidate throughout the entire recruitment cycle. Cooperation with department heads to determine the needs of new employees. Providing regular reports on the recruitment process and selection results. Implementation of new technologies and approaches to optimize the recruitment process. Participation in HR processes: support for integrations and assessment of team culture. Requirements: Experience in recruitment from 1 year (experience in IT will be a plus). Understanding of IT technologies and the labor market. Ability to effectively use candidate search tools. High level of communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in conditions of a large amount of information and urgent tasks. Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
