Your tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates for different company vacancies;
• Close cooperation with department heads regarding the search process (building a quality selection process, timely feedback, flexibility);
• Publication of vacancies on various resources, platforms; 
proposals for candidates, agreement of employment conditions;
• Coordination of the process of adaptation of newcomers;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the selection process, main resources and trends;
• Support and development of the employer brand on external resources, educational institutions, organizations.

 If you have:

• Higher education;
• Experience in the field of search and recruitment of personnel from 2 years;
• Communication skills, analytical abilities;
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools;
• Organization, attention to detail, structural approach to work, desire to work with people, curiosity;
• English language is not below Intermediate Level.
