We are a talentC recruitment agency from the Genesis ecosystem. For more than 9 years, our team has been helping to scale the leading businesses of Ukraine and the world, finding and hiring specialists from Trainee to C-level.

Our partner is bodo, a Ukrainian company developing an ecosystem in the field of experiences, travel and corporate solutions. The company is actively scaling and forming a team of recruiters who will work with key roles for various business areas.

• from the position brief to the offer;
• Searching for candidates and building a pipeline;
• Closing technical and non-technical vacancies of various levels of complexity;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Working with ATS: managing candidates and keeping data up-to-date;
• Working closely with hiring managers;
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and working with recommendations.

We expect:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience;
• Practical closing experience complex vacancies;
• Experience of working with both technical,as well as with non-technical roles;
• Strong sourcing and knowledge of alternative search methods;
• Experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting;
• Orientation on quality and long-term result.

• Competitive compensation (monthly rate of UAH 70,000 and quarterly bonus of UAH 15,000*3);
