Main tasks in the position:- from the position brief to the offer;
- Searching for candidates and building a pipeline;
- Closing technical and non-technical vacancies of various levels of complexity;
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
- Working with ATS: managing candidates and keeping data up-to-date;
- Working closely with hiring managers;
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and working with recommendations.
We expect:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience;
- Practical closing experience complex vacancies;
- Experience of working with both technical,as well as with non-technical roles;
- Strong sourcing and knowledge of alternative search methods;
- Experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting;
- Orientation on quality and long-term result.
The company offers:
- Competitive compensation (monthly rate of UAH 70,000 and quarterly bonus of UAH 15,000*3);
