Main duties:

• Maintaining a list of fixed stores

• Formation and control of staff work schedules

• Constant communication with sellers

• Prompt resolution of situations with non-appearance of employees for shifts

• Full recruitment cycle

• Support of new employees during the adaptation phase

• Simple reporting

• Experience as a recruiter from 6 months

• Responsibility and organization

• High communication skills

• Resistance to stress and the ability to make quick decisions

• Willingness to be constantly in touch

• Phone / laptop with Internet access
