Many new directions = many new people. We need a specialist who will cover the need for quality recruitment, help quickly find strong candidates and support the development of a cool internal culture of SKYDENT.

Terms:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00—18:00
• Salary: 17,000 — 27,000 UAH + bonuses based on recruiting results

Your main tasks:

• Publication of vacancies.

• Resume screening, calls, interviews, work with funnels.

• Work with search channels: Work.ua, social networks, Telegram, networking.

• Formation of the flow of candidates and high-quality closing of positions.

• Help in creating a positive atmosphere, team activities, team building.

Who we want to see in the team:

• Experience in recruiting or HR will be an advantage.

• Confident use a computer is a must.

• People who speak and write Ukrainian (competently, clearly).
