Responsibilities: search and implementation of high-quality mass recruitment of personnel; communication with an internal customer (interaction with customers regarding the formation of a vacancy profile and the requirements of additional candidates); selection of tools for quick search of candidates (launch of new search tools); placement of vacancies in mass media (job sites, social networks ); search and selection of resumes; conducting an initial interview; organization of interviews by department heads, accompanying the candidate during the competitive selection and adaptation period; preparation of monthly reports; participation in events aimed at attracting candidates, developing the employer's brand (job fairs, tours, presentations); participation in HR projects. Requirements: higher education; experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage; skills in using various channels and tools for searching for candidates and experience in successfully closing vacancies; skills in conducting negotiations and working with objections; activity, initiative, organization, communication, responsibility, analytical mindset.
