About the company

We are looking for an experienced recruiter for our client, the American logistics company Premier Trucking Group. The company works stably on the US market and provides a full range of transport services.

Your tasks:

• Full cycle of searching and hiring drivers of the CDL category (OTR, Regional, Local).

• Active sourcing of candidates through specialized resources and US databases.

• Document verification drivers (CDL, Medical Card, MVR, Background checks).

• Organization and control of the onboarding process.

• Interaction with the Safety and dispatching departments.

What is important to us:

• Experience from 3 years in recruiting CDL drivers in the US market (required).

• Fluent English (oral interviews with drivers and communication with the office).

• Understanding FMCSA requirements and US safety standards.

• Experience with ATS and CRM systems.

• Willingness to work according to the schedule 09:00 - 17:00 EST (corresponding to evening time in Ukraine).
