Tasks:
- Search and promotion of vacancies on the labor market;
- Selection and evaluation of candidates;
- Conducting interviews;
- Management of the recruitment process;
- Development and support of the base of potential candidates;
- Analysis of the labor market and updating of recruiting strategies;
- Other tasks;
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Knowledge of methods and techniques recruiting;
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills;
- Understanding the peculiarities of the process of selecting specialists;
- Competent spoken and written Ukrainian, Russian;
- Availability of a PC or laptop, wired Internet and a headset;
- Always respond promptly;
- Full employment;
Work schedules of our recruiters:
- · Day shift — 5 working days a week, from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00.
- · Evening shift - 5 working days a week, from 16:00 to 01:00, including one working day on Saturday. Days off: Sunday and one weekday (by agreement). with which you have not encountered before, you do them with interest and always bring to a 100% result (not 99%);
- You can quickly learn new information and immediately apply it at work. Don't ask questions that can be Googled;
- Readiness for an intensive workload, switching between tasks and projects. You solve tasks as efficiently and quickly as possible;
- The company's result should be a priority for you. You don't think that "this is not part of my responsibilities";
- You think not in terms of problems, but in terms of results, for you there are no words "impossible", "it won't work";
- The desire to develop and take responsibility;
