Responsibilities:

• Selection of candidates for various vacancies in the company
• Telephone interviews with candidates
• Writing and Placing Jobs on Different Resources
• Participation in the improvement of the staff selection process
• Working in CRM
• Reporting
• Participation in the learning and evaluation process of professional competencies and knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (consider candidates with the experience of a call center operator, sales managers, psychologists, teachers);
• Great communication skills;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of staff selection;
• Ability to work with stress;
• High responsibility and organization.
