Recruiter/Assistant for the development of the educational platform in DOiT.

Hello! 

We are DOiT., an early stage IT startup team. Our mission is to create an innovative educational web platform that helps people acquire new knowledge and skills through mini-courses created by experts in their field. We are looking for a volunteer recruiter to join our team and help attract talented professionals to create educational content.

Main responsibilities:

• Search and involvement of stakeholders (specialists, teachers, tutors) to create mini-courses.
• Communicating with potential course authors through various channels using LinkedIn (required), and also Instagram, Work.ua, DOU, Facebook, etc.
• Organization and coordination of the process of creating educational materials.
• Participating in team meetings and making suggestions for platform development.

Requirements:

• Motivation and passion for communicating with people.
• Skills in finding and attracting the right specialists on the Internet.
• Good organizational skills and skills to work independently.
• Willingness to help and develop with us — previous experience is not necessary.

• Experience using professional platforms for finding and attracting specialists (especially LinkedIn).
• Experience in recruiting or sales.
• Understanding educational processes or experience in creating educational materials.

Salary Comment:
