Your tasks in the position:
1. Brief hiring managers (there is an application template) .
2. Market segmentation and provision of analytics upon request.
3. Development of a search strategy and budget calculation for recruiting + reporting (according to available templates).
4. Writing "selling" vacancies, sourcing, networking.
5. Conducting interviews with relevant candidates and providing detailed resumes. to the customer after the interview (according to the template).
6. Taking recommendations, finding the information trail of candidates (if necessary).
7. Timely and high-quality feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
8. Issuance of job offers, NDA according to the existing template, transfer of signaturestheir documents to the HR department.
9. Quality ATS management and reporting (no micromanagement, but there are working and flexible BPs to follow).

1. you have successful experience in full-cycle recruiting from 1 year,
2. You MUST have experience in closing positions in the field of traffic arbitrage (verticals Gambling, Crypto),
3. you are constantly developing your skills and have at least one professional certificate,
4. you know how to search, work with LinkedIn and you are not afraid to be creative,
5. you know how to detect the true motivation of candidates during an interview and work with her throughout the entire hiring cycle,
