Experience and skills required:
- Experience in recruiting from 3 years.
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing (Nutra) from 1 year.
- Ability to work with professional networks and platforms for posting vacancies.
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates according to key competencies.
- Ability to work in multitasking and stressful situations.
- Developed communication skills and organizational skills.
- Analytical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
Your tasks:
- Search and attract top candidates, in particular for positions in the media buying team (70% of searches).
- Work with a large number of vacancies and candidates.
- Regularly monitor channels for candidate selection: LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, websites, networking.
- Conduct the full recruiting cycle: from creating vacancies to signing offer.
- Cooperate with department heads to form job profiles and candidate requirements.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and organize interviews.
- Coordinate the hiring process and ensure timely closing vacancies.
- Participate in the development of the employer brand: development of materials and management of company profile pages in social networks.
- Provide feedback to managers on the progress of closing vacancies.
- Analyze and optimize hiring processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports based on recruitment results.< /li>
