Recruiter (administration and production) in Frontline Robotics

Company Frontline Robotics is engaged in the development and production of robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. We create complex technical solutions that change the rules of warfare right now. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military.

We are actively developing and looking for a Recruiter (administrative and production vacancies) who will share our values and will be ready to grow and attract the best candidates to our team. We usually have 7 vacancies, we are looking for accountants, project managers, assistants. Production vacancies — logisticians, assemblers, assemblers, quality controllers, etc.

It is important for this position:

• Practical experience in recruiting and recruiting (from 2 years in this position)
• Ownership of modern candidate search tools;
• Ownership of various methods of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers;
• Ability to identify key requirements, form a portrait of the ideal candidate, work with several vacancies at the same time, attention to details.
• Education in the field of psychology or personnel management will be great advantage.

It will be great if you have experience in recruiting in Retail, pharma, food industry, manufacturing and electronics.

What will be included in the main duties:

1. Management of the full recruitment cycle:

• interaction with hiring managers in the company;
• placement of company vacancies in channels for searching for candidates;
• active search for candidates;
• viewing and selecting resumes;
• entering CVs and information about candidates into the internal system;
• conducting interviews with candidates from the beginning of interaction to the offer;

2. Cooperation with the HR inspector on registration.

3. Work on improving recruitment processes.
