IT Recruiter (ENG/TUR/RU)
About position:
We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for both technical and non-technical positions across various company projects. The recruiter will also need to be comfortable working with gray verticals as part of our international hiring strategy.
For this position, a high level of Turkish proficiency (B2 or higher) is required, as you will be conducting interviews in Turkish. In addition, candidates must be fluent in either Russian or English, as internal communication and coordination may require both.
Working Conditions:
- Base salary + bonuses for successful hires (30% after the candidate completes one month, and 70% after the successful completion of the probation period)

Responsibilities:
- Gathering job requirements and creating the candidate profile
- Writing job descriptions and publishing them on job platforms
- Sourcing candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, Facebook and Telegram groups, niche forums, Twitter, job boards, etc.
- Screening candidate resumes
- Conducting HR interviews, presenting the company and cooperation terms, and validating the candidate's experience based on job requirements
- Preparing summaries of candidate experience
- Guiding candidates through the next stages of the hiring process and participating in technical interviews
- Collecting feedback on candidates and providing timely responses
- Preparing and sending job offers tocandidates
- Collecting necessary documents from candidates to prepare them for onboarding
- Administering and updating the candidate database in the CRM system
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook and Telegram groups, etc.
- Ability to effectively present the company, role, and conditions to candidates during HR interviews
- Strong skills in identifying key skills and competencies based on the company's requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing candidate pipelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and close vacancies within deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze the recruitment funnel and optimize hiring strategies
- Proactive and initiative-driven approach, with a strong focus on results
- B2 or higher level of Turkish proficiency
