What is included in the task?

• Receiving applications for selection from order processing managers;
• Selection of relevant vendors (translators, proofreaders, typesetters) to fulfill orders;
• Formation and updating of the vendor database;
• Participation in the implementation of vendor loyalty programs;
• Participation in re-certification of vendors;
• Vendor onboarding.
• Analysis of vendor performance.

• Systematization and accounting of personal documents of vendors.
• Selection, compilation and submission of resumes and other necessary documentation (diplomas, resumes, etc.) for participation in tenders Work in the local accounting system.

Conditions:

• Official employment, trial period - 3 months;
• Rate and bonuses based on KPI;
• Schedule: 9:00-18:00;< /li>
• Work format — office, village of Shulyavska or remote.

Expectations from candidates:

• Experience in personnel selection is desirable, but willing to train;
• English language - B1+;
• High level of communication skills;
