Responsibilities:

• Searching and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including social networks, databases, recruitment agencies and other resources
• Interviewing candidates and evaluating their qualifications and suitability for the position
• Conducting the selection process and drawing up the necessary documentation
• Maintaining and developing the database of potential candidates
