Your main responsibilities will be:

• Active search and recruitment using various channels and sources;
• Screening and organization of further stages of interviews;
• Formation of a package of documents when hiring a new employee;
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees;

• Participation in employee evaluation and training organization (trainings, master classes, workshops);
• Implementation of activities related to interaction with universities: participation in job fairs, conducting seminars, etc.

  For work you will need:

  • Experience in recruiting and working with personnel from the 1st year;
  • Knowledge recruitment techniques and candidate search channels;
  • Successful practical experience in closing vacancies;
  • Knowledge of modern methods of searching and selecting personnel, conducting interviews, testing and evaluation;
  • High communication skills, proactivity, result-oriented, responsible approach to work;
  • User of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google docs, automated candidate database programs;
  • Additional education in the field of HR (trainings , webinars) will be a significant advantage.
