Main requirements for candidates:

• Experience as a recruiter at least 1 year
• Knowledge of personality psychotypes
• Excellent communication skills
< li>Knowledge of the process and methods of searching for candidates and closing vacant positions
• Experience of cooperation with job search platforms
• Confident and experienced PC user
• Personal qualities: responsibility, benevolence, adaptability.

Main duties:

• Receive, systematize orders of responsible persons regarding scheduled and unscheduled vacancies
• Formation of the position profile
• Candidate search, staged selection, conducting initial interviews, assessment according to requirements
• Keeping records of candidates, statistics closing vacancies
• Formation of periodic reporting.
