ECONOMCLASS, the largest chain of stores in Ukraine for used and new clothes, European household chemicals (more than 300 outlets, including 15 in the Zhytomyr region) is looking for a recruiter to join its team. focus, responsibility; Honesty, decency, neatness, punctuality; Flexibility, initiative, focus on results; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work with a large amount of information; Working with reporting and documentation; Confident PC user: office package ;Mobility (stores are located in Zhytomyr, Korosten, and Zviagel). The position involves business travel (accommodation and travel are paid by the Company + travel expenses).Main duties:
- Search and recruitment: closing the need for personnel in the store network;
- Using both standard and alternative sources of personnel search;
- Conducting telephone interviews and interviews, resume analysis and assessment of potential candidates;
- Organization and conduct of introductory and adaptation training for new employees;
- Formation of personnel reserve (salespeople);
- Providing high-quality and timely feedback to management.
