Who are we? We are a network of family hair salons located throughout Poland. Our mission is to provide quality hairdressing services for the whole family. Who are we looking for? We invite a Recruiter who will look for specialists for our salons. Work from the office with a standard schedule (from Monday to Friday). What tasks await you? - Finding and attracting qualified professionals for hairdressing salons - Posting vacancies on various platforms and social networks - Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates - Organizing and coordinating interviews with salon management - Maintaining a database candidate data and status tracking for each of them - Interaction with institutions and specialized courses to search for graduates - Support and development of the company's HR brand What is important to us? - 1 year of experience in recruiting - Knowledge of the Polish language at a level no lower than Intermediate - Excellent communication and networking skills - Ability to work with various job posting platforms - Attention to detail and organization - Ability to work in a team Why should you apply for this position? - Full time , standard work schedule (from Monday to Friday) - Competitive salary from PLN 3,500 net and % of sales - Opportunity for career and professional growth - Work in a professional and friendly team Additional bonuses: - Comfortable office in the city center - Opportunity to participate in corporate events and trainings - Support and mentoring from experienced colleagues
