What we do in the recruiting team:Full cycle recruiting (non-tech vacancies).We are looking for Middle-Senior-Lead level specialists in the fields of media buying and affiliate marketing, we help connect a specialist with a project\team, we select professionals.

What we expect from you:

● 3 years of experience in recruiting

● Experience in finding candidates in in the field of gambling, in particular in the position of buyers and affiliate specialists from 1 year old

● Excellent understanding of the online casino market and the peculiarities of working with affiliates

● Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships< /p>

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or above

What will you do in this position: strong>

● Selection of candidates for various vacancies (Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager)

● Development and implementation of candidate attraction strategies through various channels

● Cooperation with C -level and Hiring Manager to determine the needs and requirements for candidates

● Conducting interviews, assessing candidate competencies and making hiring decisions

● Organizing and participating in career events aimed at attracting candidates in the field of online gambling.
