Now the recruiting team Wanted is looking for a Project Cooperation Recruiter who will help close various vacancies for our clients.

Your tasks:

• Closing vacancies at different levels, including middle to senior.
• Developing a strategy for closing vacancies.
• Ensuring high quality of hiring.
• Analysis of recruiting metrics.
• Constant search for new channels of attracting candidates.
• Cooperation with the marketing and production department on advertising campaigns to attract candidates.
   

If you have:

• Experience as a recruiter of 2 years ( work in a recruiting agency will be an advantage).
• Successful experience in closing vacancies at the middle to senior level.
• Knowledge of various candidate assessment methods.
• High level of communication.< /li>
• Proactivity and result orientation.
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
