If you: - have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and have already worked in product companies;
- successfully closed vacancies in marketing (Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers) from 0.5 years;
- you have confident skills in actively searching for the right candidates using various sources and tools, conducting high-quality interviews using various methods (must have experience in assessing candidates based on competencies);
- you have experience working with ATS and English Intermediate and above;
- you have excellent communication skills, you are not afraid to work with objections and you can handle many tasks at the same time;
- you know about market trends and can adapt to changes like a real pro;

< em> This is what you will do: - Full-cycle recruitment: searching for talent and closing vacancies of various profiles;
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates using various methods;
- Working with the hiring manager using a data-driven approach;
- Work with ATS: lead and fill the funnel of candidates for specific vacancies, tag, fill the candidate profile according to the established format; forming basic analytics and reporting with the help of ATS, propose improvements for working with ATS;
- Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process;
- Participation in the formation of the company's new HR brand and in Employer Branding activities.
What will be the recruiting process? Short intro call with the Recruitment Lead (up to 30 minutes), technical interview with the Recruitment Lead ( 1-1.5 hours), interview with Head of HR, Reference Check.
